The part in Nice stretches from the Old Town (Vieux Ville) of Nice in Provence, starting at the Vieux-Port, the old port, and continue on to the Nice International Airport. It is extended along the coastline uninterruptedly for more than 4 miles.

If you are arriving early anyway, do spend some time in the city center in Nice. They have very nice café and restaurants everywhere. Find a place in a terrace café and watch people with burning skin walking around.
